1. What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and then shipped with a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days in metropolitan France. You will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your order in real time. International deliveries can take up to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

2. Is it possible to return an item?
Yes, we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at the following email address: contact@moguoparis.fr , or use the online return form on our website.

3. Do you offer installment payment options?
Yes, we offer payment in several installments (3 or 4 times without fees) thanks to our partnership with secure payment services. This option is available from a minimum order amount of €30 and can be selected directly during checkout.

4. What types of products do you offer?
We offer high-quality loungewear, including comfortable sweatshirts, pants, sets, and throws for men, women, and children. Each item is designed to provide maximum comfort at home, while being aesthetically pleasing and durable.

5. Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are made in Portugal, in workshops that respect high standards of quality and work ethics. We make sure to choose soft, durable and eco-responsible materials, in order to offer you optimal comfort while preserving the planet.

6. What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the total order amount and the destination. In France, shipping is free for all orders over a certain amount. For other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We also offer express options at competitive rates.

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also access your Moguo Paris account and view your order history to track the status of your package.

12. What should I do if I receive a defective item?
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at contact@moguoparis.fr providing your order number and photos of the affected product. We will help you resolve this issue as soon as possible, either by replacing it or issuing a refund.

13. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, as well as payments in several installments without fees via our partner. All payments are secure.

14. Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Once the order is confirmed, it is quickly prepared to ensure fast delivery. However, if you wish to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@moguoparis.fr . We will do our best to meet your request, within the limits of the options available.
